The annual Kids, Cops and Canadian Tire Fishing Event is slated to take place this Saturday.
Registration is at 7 a.m. at the Mitchell’s Bay Marine Park. Cost is $2, which earns participants bait for the day, a hot dog, pop and a bag of chips.
There is no cutoff time for the event, but it ends at 1 p.m. At that time, prizes and awards will be handed out.
