A Chatham man faces child pornography charges following a police raid last night.
In March, a man was released from custody with conditions, including that he was not to possess or access any electronic devices capable of accessing the Internet, unless for employment purposes during work hours.
Last month, police say they began investigating the man again, which culminated in an arrest as the man left work Wednesday.
Police say they seized a laptop from where he worked, and then executed a search warrant where the man lived. They seized another computer there.
A 27-year-old Chatham man is charged with possessing child pornography, accessing child porn, and two counts of failing to comply.
