Sometimes, those parked cars jump right out in front of you.
At least, that seems like it was the case yesterday afternoon when a woman drove into a parked car on King Street in Chatham.
Police got called about the car getting clipped and soon tracked down the suspect vehicle.
The investigating officer believe the driver of the vehicle had been drinking, so he brought her to headquarters for a breath test, which police say she refused to properly provide.
A 37-year-old Tilbury woman is charged with impaired driving and failing to provide a sample.
