CK Women's Centre Logo FINAL The Chatham Kent Women’s Centre (CKWC) has adopted a new image to better reflect its multi-faceted approach toward dealing with vulnerable members of the community.

“The new logo represents the courage of a person who breaks out of an abusive situation and is no longer afraid to ask for help,” said Darlene Smith, CKWC board president. “The icon comes up through the type and becomes ‘free.’ The multi-colours represent the multi-faceted approach to therapy and support for our clients.”

More often, programs offered by CKWC are done on site in community wide venues, including schools and businesses.

Also, the CKWC is offering a wider variety of services through its main location on Sandys St, such as one-on-one counseling and education.
