A Tilbury East man faces fraud charges after someone made a fraudulent bank transaction.
Police say a man went into the Scotia Bank on Grand Avenue West in Chatham on Jan. 29 and deposited an empty envelope that he said contained $2,000, before withdrawing $1,000.
Yesterday afternoon, police arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with the fraud.
