Chatham-Kent police arrested a young couple after finding them in a local motel Thursday.
On Jan. 19, the man was released with several conditions, one of which was to not communicate with the woman.
Police believe the woman encouraged the communication.
A Chatham woman, 19, is charged with facilitating a breach, while a 22-year-old man is charged with failing to comply.
