Chatham-Kent police are investigating a home invasion that took place in a residence north of Chatham early this morning.
Police say shortly after midnight, armed suspects forced their way into the home, assaulted the homeowner and left with an undisclosed amount of cash and jewelry.
The male victim had to be taken to hospital for treatment.
