Chatham-Kent police scooped up a pair of men for failing to comply with their release conditions.
Shortly after 1 a.m. this morning an officer spotted a man who was supposed to be abiding by an overnight curfew. Police say the man was released from custody back in August with a condition he was to stay at his home between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. each day.
Instead, police say he was walking along Queen Street four hours after he was to be tucked in for the night.
