Members of the Retro Sweets Organizing Committee donated $14,000 to the Foundation of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance recently.
The funds are in support of the CKHA Oncology Gift Basket Program.
Retro Sweets, which took place in November, was held in honour of the late Karen Brodie, who was the co-founder of the CKHA Oncology Gift Basket Program which provides recommended products for patients receiving treatment in CKHA’s oncology department. To date, more than $30,000 has been raised.
