A late-night traffic stop in Chatham led to a man facing drug charges and more.
Police say an officer pulled a vehicle over on Richmond Street about 2 a.m. after it was driving very slowly.
The cop suspected the driver was under the influence, and asked the driver to provide a breath sample. Police say the driver refused, and started swearing.
After repeated refusals, the man was arrested. Police also found him to be in possession of three baggies of marijuana.
A 27-year-old Chatham man faces charges of refusing to provide a breath sample, and drug possession.
