police tape

Apparently, someone really wanted a pair of Air Jordan running shoes, and they needed them at 4 a.m. this morning.

Chatham-Kent police responded to a security alarm at The Closet on King Street West in Chatham at about 4 a.m. Officers arrived to see the front door smashed.

The only item stolen was a pair of size 10 red and blue Air Jordan basketball shoes valued at $100.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Const. Don Letourneau at 519-436-6600, ext. 87074 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

In other words, if a buddy shows up with brand new red and blue Air Jordans, size 10, you might want to call the cops.
