Chatham-Kent police tracked down a man pushing a barbecue down William Street in Chatham early Sunday morning.
Police say they received a call from an alert citizen reporting a man helped himself to a barbecue about 5 a.m. that was at the Royal Canadian Legion on William Street.
A 29-year-old man is charged with theft, as well as breaking several court-imposed conditions.
