Is "pouring a drink and sitting on the front porch" a proper "necessary safety precaution"?
It is only a proper and "necessary safety precaution" if you have adult supervision and I volunteer – anything would be better than where I am now!
I haven't had adult supervision since I was nine…and that's when I threw lawn darts up in the air and ran before they landed. What's a funnel cloud gonna do?
