The Chatham-Kent Sexual Assault Crisis Centre is hosting a Self-Esteem Workshop – Why it Matters and How to Build It – on July 24 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 405 Riverview Dr. in Chatham in the Harwich Room.
The workshop is for young woman between the ages of 16 and 19 who are interested in learning more about self-esteem.
