A Niagara Falls teen has a day in Chatham court next month after the OPP caught up to a driver at a gas station.
Chatham-Kent OPP said an officer noticed a rather young man gassing up a vehicle at a service station on Victoria Road.
The officer investigated and learned the driver was 15 years of age and had taken the vehicle without its owner’s consent.
As a result, the Niagara Falls teen faces charges of taking a motor vehicle without consent, possession of property obtained by crime, and driving a motor vehicle without a licence.
He’ll be in court July 7.
