Local MP Dave VanKesteren has organized another six passport clinics in his Chatham-Kent Essex riding this year.

The first takes place April 23 at Blessed Sacrament Church in Chatham, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

As of last year, anyone over the age of 16 can choose to buy a five-year or 10-year passport.

The cost of a five-year adult passport is $120 and the 10-year is $160. Price for children’s passports are $57.

Passport applications are available at the clinics or in advance at any post office.

There will be volunteers at the clinics to help people fill out their paperwork.

As well, a photographer will be there to take passport photos as needed. The cost of passport photos at the clinic is $18.

Any questions should be directed to Dave VanKesteren’s office in Chatham at 519-358-7555.
