The municipality of Chatham-Kent has released its annual list of people who are paid more than $100,000 a year, as per the public sector salary disclosure regulations in the province.
There are 142 people on that list, which is available for viewing below.
Dr. David Colby, medical officer of health for the municipality, tops the list at nearly $229,000.
Chatham-Kent Police Chief Dennis Poole came in at more than $191,000, higher than Municipal CAO Don Shropshire, who made in excess of $186,000 last year.
Top firefighter on the list is Michael Chase, a senior fire captain, who earned just under $138,000 in 2013. That’s more than what assistant chiefs Rick Arnell and Richard Scharf each made, which was just over $113,000.
