Mona Natvik joins incumbents Steve Pinsonneault and Jim Brown as people vying for a position on council representing East Kent, Ward 3.
Natvik, who lives near Highgate, joins a growing list of citizens who have filed their nomination papers at the clerk’s office to take part in this year’s municipal election, which takes place Oct. 27.
