For folks looking to step in out of the cold, the Chatham-Kent Community Health Centres offer up three locations Wednesday.
From 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the health centres in Chatham (150 Richmond St.), Wallaceburg (808 Dufferin Ave.), and Walpole Island (785 Tecumseh Rd.) will be open to anyone wanting to come in out of the cold.
There will be hot chocolate, tea and coffee available as well.
The health centres offer the warming stations for folks who are without heat, and do not encourage people to go out in the extreme cold unless they have to.
