Sir: I just heard a nice story from my neighbour.
He’s elderly and likes to keep his place free of clutter. Last week, he made a point of being outside when trash was collected. He wanted to ask the guys on the truck about his old picnic table.
“How small do I have to cut it so that you guys can take it?” he asked. The worker then asked him where the table was located. To make a long story short, the guys on the truck went into his back yard, got the picnic table, and brought it out to throw into the garbage truck!
Too bad we don’t hear this kind of thing more often.
Hats off to those trash collectors.
