For regular users of the Prairie Siding Bridge, you will have to make alternate plans Sept. 8.
The municipality will be shutting the bridge from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. that Monday for planned bridge maintenance.
The nearest bridge over the Thames River is on Keil Drive in Chatham.
Should it rain that day, the bridgework will be done Sept. 9.
