The Chatham-Kent Police are looking for the public’s assistance in regard to a theft investigation.
Around 8 p.m. last night, someone stole a wooden bench from a business on Queen Street near Richmond Street in Chatham.
The value of the bench is estimated at $1,500.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen bench or those responsible is asked to contact Const. Jeremy Weedon at jeremyw@chatham-kent.ca. Anonymous callers may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and may be eligible for a cash reward.
