Police recovered a stolen motorcycle in Wallaceburg yesterday, making three arrests.

On August 16, a blue 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle was reported stolen from the region of Waterloo.

Yesterday, police received information that a Wallaceburg man was in possession of the stolen motorcycle.  Officers went to his home and recovered the stolen motorcycle behind a dumpster on the property.

The 49-year-old man was arrested and when searched, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.  He has been charged with possession of property obtained by a crime over $5000 and drug possession.  The motorcycle was seized and Waterloo Regional Police were notified the vehicle had been recovered.

While investigating the incident mentioned above, a man and woman were also present on this property.  Both falsely identified themselves to police.  Through investigation though, officers determined their true identities and learned that they were currently on conditions not to associate with each other.

The 33-year-old Cambridge man and 23-year-old London woman were both arrested and charged with personation and failing to comply.  They have both been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
