A drug raid in Chatham last night resulted in the seizure of a variety of weapons and narcotics, as well as the arrest of four Chatham-Kent residents.
Chatham-Kent police executed a drug warrant at a Chatham home last night, and came up with nearly $8,000 worth of suspected methamphetamine, cannabis, hashish, fentanyl patches, oxycodone and psilocybin was seized for analysis. They also snagged a quantity of c ash, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, brass knuckles with flick knife, collapsible baton, six pellet guns, ammunition and a stolen bicycle, police say.
A 24-year-old Chatham woman has been charged with 4 counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking, 2 counts of unauthorized possession of a weapon, 9 counts of possession of a firearm, ammunition or prohibited weapon contrary to a Prohibition Order, 2 counts of possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000.
A 43-year-old Chatham man has been charged with 6 counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking, 2 counts of unauthorized possession of a weapon, 36 counts of possession of a firearm, ammunition or prohibited weapon contrary to a Prohibition Order, 2 counts of possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000.
A 54-year-old Harwich Township man has been charged with 4 counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking, 13 counts of failing to comply, 18 counts of possession of a firearm, ammunition or prohibited weapon contrary to a Prohibition Order, 2 counts of unauthorized possession of a weapon, 2 counts of possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000.
A 30-year-old Harwich Township woman has been charged with 4 counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking, 2 counts of unauthorized possession of a weapon, 2 counts of possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000.
