Police have arrested one of two men suspected of taking part in a home invasion in Chatham Wednesday evening. Chatham-Kent Police were called a Park Ave E, Chatham, in relation to a robbery. Two males barged their way into the victim’s apartment and demanding money.
One of the males is known to the victim, and he assaulted him twice before taking $300 cash from his wallet. The other male is unknown to the victim and still needs to be identified.
A 33 year old Chatham man, Ryan Devos, was taken into custody and is facing allegations of robbery, forcible confinement, and breach of recognizance.
