The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for breaching his release conditions.
On April 10, 2015 the man was released from custody with several conditions, including a non-association clause with a specific Chatham man and condition not to attend a specific address on Merritt Avenue in Chatham.
Just before 1:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon, an officer on general patrol observed the man on Merritt Avenue associating with the Chatham man.
The 27-year-old man from Chatham was charged with three counts of failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
