Egg hunt attracts hundreds

Citizens young and old lined up to slip into Erickson Arena on Good Friday for an Easter Egg hunt.

Organizers said the lineup for the 11 a.m. event ran the length of the arena and even snaked back on itself at one point.

The Maple City Citizens on Patrol and the Chatham Kinsmen Club organized the event for local families. There was a host of activities, including egg colouring, an egg hunt, prize table, bunny ear making, and more.
