A 55-year-old Wallaceburg man faces charges in connection with a yelling match in that community Wednesday.
Chatham-Kent police investigated about 2:30 p.m. and learned a 55-year-old Wallaceburg woman said she was driving her scooter on McNaughton Avenue when a man she knew threatened to harm her and others.
Police say the man was under conditions not to speak to the woman.
Officers arrested the 55-year-old Wallaceburg man and charged him with three counts of uttering threats and one count of breaching his recognizance.
