A Chatham man faces charges after someone drove their scooter into a vehicle Monday afternoon.
The altercation took place over the noon hour on St. Clair Street in Chatham. Chatham-Kent police say the scooter fellow hit the vehicle and threatened to assault the owner.
A 39-year-old man is charged with mischief and uttering threats.
