Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information surrounding an early morning break-in in Wheatley.
Police say that on Sunday, about 6 a.m., officers responded to a B&E in progress at the Wheatley Home Hardware on 72 Julian St. in the West Kent community.
According to police reports, a masked man broke into the store and left in a grey GMC SUV.
Police say the man did about $2,000 in damage and made off with an estimated $1,160 in stolen goods.
