A Brampton man is facing charges after someone scuffled with a Chatham-Kent police officer early Tuesday morning.
Police say the incident took place on Grand Avenue West about 2:30 a.m. Officers were called, police say, to deal with a man who is listed as an unwanted person at the building.
Police say the man became aggressive and assaulted an officer, who was not injured.
A 26-year-old Brampton man is charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.
