Not having any running lights on his ATV ultimately resulted in a Chatham man facing drug charges.
Chatham-Kent police say an officer spotted the ATV on Prince Albert Road about 20:30 p.m. driving without lights.
The officer pulled over the vehicle and arrested the driver for failing to initially stop.
During the arrest, the officers located drugs in the man’s possession.
A 27-year-old Chatham man faces possession and failure to stop for police charges.
