A Chatham teenager turned himself into police on Monday to answer to charges.
According to Chatham-Kent police, officers were called to a Dover Street address in Chatham on Oct. 3 over a disturbance. Police determined their suspect at that time.
A 17-year-old Chatham youth is charged with three counts of uttering threats to cause bodily harm and one of threatening to damage property.
