Chatham-Kent police say they caught a suspect, um, red handed Oct. 29, committing an indecent act on school property.
Police say the arrest wraps up an investigation into someone spotted committing an indecent act Oct. 22 at Queen Elizabeth II school. It took place in the evening, and not students were present on school property.
According to police, it was one of a series of such acts committed on the property.
Officers investigated and on Tuesday, they went to the school and was found committing another indecent act, police say.
A 23-year-old Chatham man faces charges.
Investigators believe that these are isolated incidents and that there are no further suspects outstanding.
