A local man faces charges after someone walked into a restaurant in Chatham Thursday morning and urinated on the floor.
Police say the man walked in, exposed himself and then relieved himself in front of patrons.
Officers arrested and charged a 54-year-old Chatham-Kent man for committing an indecent act.
He was released with conditions prohibiting him from returning to the restaurant.
Yet, seven hours later, police say he did indeed return. As did police.
The man now has a failing-to-comply-with-an-undertaking charge tacked onto his previous charge.
