A local man faces charges after someone tried to steal fuel in the middle of the night in Tilbury.
Chatham-Kent police were called out about 2:15 a.m. Thursday to a commercial property on Queen Street North in Tilbury for a break and enter.
Police arrived and located a man attempting to take fuel.
A 54-year-old Chatham-Kent man is charged with break and enter.
