A Tilbury man faces charges after police received a report of someone committing an indecent act recently.
Chatham-Kent police were called in the early evening of Sept. 5 to Canal Street in Tilbury for an indecent act investigation.
Officers learned a man was outside the victim’s residence engaged in an act of self-stimulation, police say. Further investigation revealed a similar incident and unwanted contact has occurred recently.
On Monday evening, the man was located and arrested, following several attempts.
A 40-year-old Tilbury man is charged with failing to comply with a probation order, two counts of criminal harassment and two counts of indecent acts.
