A Wallaceburg woman faces assault charges following an early morning altercation on Montgomery Drive in that community.
Police got the call for a disturbance about 3 a.m. Thursday.
Officers learned an argument between a man and a woman turned physical. Police say the woman pushed the man down some stairs. Further investigation revealed grounds for other charges.
A 29-year-old Wallaceburg woman is charged with mischief and two counts of assault.
