Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation’s (CKHAF) 19th Annual Charity Golf Tournament raised a record-setting amount, netting a total of $120,095 in support of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA).

A total of 136 golfers and more than 30 volunteers contributed to the success of this annual summer fundraiser that was held recently at Maple City Country Club.
“For a charity golf tournament to net over $120,000, it speaks volumes about the generosity of this community, and the number of local organizations and community members who are passionate about supporting our hospital,” Christine Mitchell, CKHAF president & CEO, said in a media release. “We continue to be amazed by the support that we receive from across our community, and we’re so proud to have been able to deliver an unforgettable experience to our golfers, thanks to our generous event sponsors and the tireless efforts of our volunteers.”
The success of the tournament was also made possible by the support of more than 40 event partners.

The record-setting proceeds from this tournament will support the highest priority needs at CKHA, allowing the foundation to continue to make crucial investments in life-changing equipment and facility upgrades in our local hospital sites in Chatham and Wallaceburg.
