Nilan Muthupilai, Jack Hanf and Ben Kobi gave it their all in the boys’ 200 metre at the Chatham Kent Secondary School track.
The trio was among the hundreds of athletes that descended on Chatham-Kent to take part in the Special Olympics Ontario School Championships held last week in Chatham and Ridgetown.
Special Olympics is the world’s largest organization dedicated to providing development, recreational and competitive sport programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Muthupilai and Kobi hail from Mississauga, while Hanf is from Sharbot Lake.
