Chatham-Kent police are on the hunt for two people wanted in connection to a home invasion Monday night.
Police got the call about 8:20 p.m. and sent officers to a home on Fairview Line near Communication Road.
Two people, wearing disguises and brandishing a weapon, forcefully entered a residence, and demanded money, police say.
They made off with various items from the home.
Police say the homeowners were not injured in the incident and been provided with supports.
Officers conducted a perimeter search of the area, utilizing a police dog and a drone, but the suspects eluded the search
The Criminal Investigation Branch is actively investigating the incident and gathering information. Police ask anyone in the area with surveillance cameras to check their footage.
