Editor: With the Chatham senior baseball team making a comeback, and our new semi-pro team starting play this year, I would like to see the Fergie Jenkins statue moved to a place where many more people would have an opportunity to see it.
His namesake ball diamond seems like the perfect place.
There are also many schools and minor baseball teams that use the diamond.
I have talked to many Chatham-Kent residents, and all agree with the idea of the relocation.
