Youngsters attending the Thames Art Gallery’s Feb. 2 PA day program were afforded a fresh perspective on artist Amanda McCavour’s unique installation called “The Blue Afar.”
The art piece features dreamlike embroidered blue flowers suspended from the ceiling.
Along with appreciating McCavour’s art, kids attending the program also took part in sewing, dying fabric and painting in the style of Monet.
