Three Tilbury people face first-degree murder charges in the wake of the discovery of a body on Jan. 12.
Chatham-Kent police say the body of Henry Neudorf, 55, of Tilbury was found on the side of Jacob Road in Dover Township about 11 a.m. on Jan. 12.
The coroner’s office was contacted and a preliminary death investigation commenced.
Three people, two adult males and one adult female from Tilbury, are charged with first-degree murder. They are David Trealout, 34, Darin Norland, 61, and Kimberly Price, 52.
The accused appeared in court on Monday, and all have been remanded to a future date.
Police say all parties knew one another.
