The Chatham-Kent Police seek the public’s assistance in identifying this individual in a mischief investigation.
On Aug. 29 at 11:14 a.m., police responded to the cenotaph on Sixth Street in Chatham for a mischief investigation. Officers arrived and found a vulgar comment written on the Cenotaph in blue marker.
Through investigation, police have obtained surveillance footage and are looking to identify the individual in the attached image.
