A frigid February PA day was the perfect time for a Teddy Bear tea party and this family went all out at Mrs. Bell’s Tea Room located at 11 Third St in Chatham Friday.

I went to see Wanda Belle yesterday (Feb 9) and enjoyed, thoroughly enjoyed, a full pot of tea, from several choices offered, while observing and chatting with a delightful group of ladies who had gathered for “High tea”. They were all served separate pots of tea, and many delicate finger sandwiches and sweets. I was thinking ..” what a wonderful idea for a birthday gathering of friends…” I will keep it in mind going forward.
