Have warrant, will get arrested
Chatham-Kent police scooped up a man yesterday who was wanted on a DNA warrant.
Police say officers found the 52-year-old man on Lacroix Street in Chatham about 1 p.m. Wednesday.
He was arrested and taken to police headquarters and was later released unconditionally.

Wednesday night shortly after 7 p.m., police located a man on Fifth Street in Chatham who was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
A 25-year-old Chatham-Kent man was transported to police headquarters and later released with conditions and a future court date.

Last night at 10:08 p.m., police located a man on Henry Street in Wallaceburg who was wanted on multiple warrants.
A 32-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and transported to police headquarters. He was held pending a bail hearing.

Last night at 11:16 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Dover Street in Chatham.
Police attended and located a man wanted on an outstanding warrant for robbery.
A 31-year-old Blenheim man was arrested and transported to police headquarters. He was held pending a bail hearing.
Drunk in public
At 5 a.m. this morning, police responded to a disturbance on Grand Avenue West in Chatham.
Police located a 22-year-old Chatham-Kent woman whom they say was intoxicated and unable to care for herself.
The woman was transported to police headquarters and held until she was sober.
