Intermittent closures are expected on Base Line Bridge in Wallaceburg for the next week or so.
After a full daily closure order from mid-April into this week, municipal officials say there will be intermittent closures, as the hydraulic testing on the bridge and repairs continue.
The bridge will still be open through the evenings and on weekends to vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
Officials anticipate the work to be completed by May 21 at the end of the day.
