In the ever-changing numbers game that is the COVID-19 pandemic, Chatham-Kent’s numbers are heading in different directions today.

According to CK Public Health, the good news is the number of active cases dropped by one over the past 24 hours, to 79. We saw nine new cases reported and 10 deemed resolved.

But one more person is in hospital battling the illness, bringing that total to four. Public Health officials do not name workplaces when they are not open to the public.

As well, Public Health reported a second workplace outbreak.

One school, A.A. Wright in Wallaceburg, and one seniors’ home, Hudson Manor in Tilbury remain listed in outbreak as well.
