The bail hearing of a Wallaceburg man, charged with the second degree murder of his wife, has once again been adjourned.
A 94-year-old man was taken into custody on Dec. 26 after police responded to a call that day regarding a sudden death at a residence on Margaret Avenue in Wallaceburg.
On Friday the man’s second bail hearing took place, after the court moved to adjourn the first on Dec. 31.
The new bail hearing is scheduled for Jan. 14 at 10:30 a.m.
The proceedings are currently under a publication ban. The name of the accused and information shared in bail hearings cannot be released to the public.
